<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a favorable three-dimensional view even if a three-dimensional image is enlarged when displaying the three-dimensional image by using a plurality of the radiation ray images which are photographed by spot photography focused in a radiation field. <P>SOLUTION: When photographing the plurality of radiation ray images different in photographing direction by focusing the radiation field by a collimator, a wheel width angle setting part 2c sets a wheel width angle for defining a photography direction according to the size of the radiation field. A control part 2a photographs a breast from a different photographing direction so as to be at the set wheel width angle, and obtains the two radiation ray images.
