<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required until the circulation of blood is stopped after a hemostasis implement is put on a wound. <P>SOLUTION: A surface layer 3 is formed by adhesion at the side of a diffusion part 1a of a diffusion water retention layer 1 in which a granulate water suction polymer 2 is sandwiched therein, and has a diffusion part 1a which has a role of a diffusion layer. The water suction rate of the surface layer 3 is smaller than the water suction rate of the diffusion part 1a. The diffusion part 1a of the diffusion water retention layer 1 and the surface layer 3 are adhered to each other with a large amount of dot-shaped adhesives 4. A skin protection layer 5 is adhered on the surface layer 3.
