<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength of an arm while reducing the size and weight of the arm. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnosis apparatus includes an X-ray generation unit, an X-ray detection unit, the arm having an arched shape for supporting the X-ray generation unit and the X-ray detection unit, and at least one reinforcing member having a sheet-like shape, having a higher elastic coefficient than that of the arm, and fixed to the arm, in order to secure the strength of the arm while reducing the size and weight of the arm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
