<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent x-ray analyzer capable of simply and accurately finding out the concentrations of only inorganic components of a specimen to be prepared to a glass bead containing the inorganic components. <P>SOLUTION: In the fluorescent x-ray analyzer including a calculation means 10A for calculating the concentrations of respective components in a specimen by an FP method, the calculation means 10A assumes the concentrations of respective inorganic components contained in the specimen 3a for a glass bead 3 and the concentration of a flux 3b to be a residue, calculates the concentrations of respective components in the glass bead 3, regulates the concentrations so that the total of calculated concentrations of respective inorganic components becomes 100%, and sets the concentrations of respective inorganic components as final analysis values of the specimen 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
