<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding a duct by which the welding strength between two sheets is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of thermoplastic foamed sheets (16, 16) in a molten state are arranged between a pair of split molds (13, 13). Forms (17, 17) positioned around the split molds (13, 13) are advanced relatively to the split molds (13, 13) to be close contact with the thermoplastic foamed resin sheets (16, 16). Next, the thermoplastic foamed resin sheets (16, 16) are sucked to the cavities (14, 14) of a pair of the split molds (13, 13) by vacuum and the duct is molded by clamping a pair of the split molds (13, 13). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
