When the wireless device moves from a coverage area of the first wireless hotspot to a coverage area of the one of the plurality of wireless access providers, the saved information facilitates access to the one of the plurality of wireless access providers by the wireless device. The plurality of network devices includes a plurality of access points. The access session is established upon authentication of the wireless device. The wireless device is authenticated based on the authentication information. The memory comprises a shared memory register.
