<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device which performs power demand control. <P>SOLUTION: The power control device includes a receiving unit, an environmental information acquisition unit and a calculation unit. The receiving unit receives a reduction request of power consumption on a power demand side from a power supply side. The environmental information acquisition unit acquires environmental information indicating the environmental state of the power demand side.
