<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and granular material discharging device which can prevent operation failure or damage due to biting with a simple structure and which can perform quantitative discharge, and to provide a powder and granular material transport system with the discharging device. <P>SOLUTION: The discharging device 10 includes material discharging paths 11 and 12 which are connected to a lower edge 33 of a storage section 30 that stores the powder and granular material and which have a discharging port 12a at a terminal, a valve element 15 that opens and closes the discharging port of the material discharging paths, and a valve element driving section 16 that moves this valve element along a direction substantially orthogonal to a face of a valve seat 13 around the discharging port, wherein the valve element is held such that at a close position, a predetermined gap G which does not allow the powder and granular material to pass between the valve element and the valve seat is formed across a circumferential direction of the discharging port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
