<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing chloroprene containing a carbon nanotube. <P>SOLUTION: The method is for producing chloroprene which not only has the elongation property and the heat retention property and also emits negative ions and far infrared rays by making the chloroprene contain a carbon nanotube having a light weight and a high tensile strength and contain a vacuum glass bead excellent in the heat insulating effect. The fabric of the chloroprene produced by the production method of the chloroprene containing a carbon nanotube is flexible and tough since the carbon nanotube is completely dispersed.
