The present invention provides a high-performance, low toluene emission abnormal noise preventing sheet that is fabricated using an acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). The abnormal noise preventing sheet 10 of this invention has a substrate 12 comprising a nonwoven fabric 122 and a PSA adhesive layer 14 provided on a first side 12A of the substrate. The PSA constituting the PSA layer 14 contains an acrylic polymer and a tackifier. This sheet 10 has a toluene emission level of 20μg or less per gram of PSA layer when the PSA layer 14 is heated at 80° C. for 30 min.
