PURPOSE: Positive electrode active material is provided to have excellent conductivity, and to have high capacity and excellent life time property because of inherent properties, and to manufacture a lithium secondary battery with excellent performance. CONSTITUTION: Positive electrode active material comprises lithium manganese oxide which has spinel structure, and is occurred of a core-shell phase transition phenomenon from tetragonal structure to cubic structure at charging process to 3V region. The shell part comprises conductive material for improving electric conductivity of cubic structure. The lithium manganese oxide is primary particles or secondary particles in which a plurality of primary particles are coagulated. |
