A hollow road marker zone 12 of flexible plastics or rubbery material is provided with a ring of tapered lugs 14 spaced from a base flange 15 whereby it may be releasably snapfitted upwardly through a square or circular apertured base member 10. The member 10 may be of flexible or rigid thermoplastics and has a hollow interior 16 which may be filled with sand or other ballast. Examples of suitable plastics materials are given. The cone 12 may be open-topped to receive flags, lights or signs. |
