PURPOSE: A food tray rough washing device is provided to prevent a safety accident caused by a collision due to spacing and malfunction by forming a disconnect switch. CONSTITUTION: A food tray rough washing device comprises a case(10), a supporting table(20), a driving roller(30), an upper brush(40), a lower brush, a pressurizing roller unit(60), a driving unit, a water sprayer(80), and a decoupling-type filtering plate. The supporting table is joined to a hinge member perpendicularly joined to the supporting table, thereby being installed in the case. The installation position can be changed from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction by rotating the supporting table. The hinge member comprises a fixed installation part, a rotation installation part, and an operation switch. The rotation installation part forms a guide hole corresponding to the operation hole into an arch shape, thereby rotating the supporting table. The operation switch is joined to the guide hole of the rotation installation part, thereby operating a rotation of the rotation installation unit.
