<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal device, a stress status operation method, and a stress status operation program that can acquire a stress status even in the case that communication is impossible, without using dedicated devices. <P>SOLUTION: A light 114 is made to emit light during the photographing to obtain a pupil contraction speed by using a camera 113 and the light 114 incorporated in a portable communication terminal device 100.
