This system is a system for trespasser detection in an area of restricted access, said system monitoring an operating environment comprising a device installed in an area of restricted access and a warning light that displays a warning color while the device is being operated. The system comprises: a camera which photographs the warning light and the area of restricted access; and a trespasser detection device, which receives an image from the camera and analyzes said image. If the trespasser detection device determines from the analysis of the image that the warning light is displaying the warning color and that a person is trespassing in the area of restricted access, the system for trespasser detection in the area of restricted access carries out an emergency process.
