<p>A unit for grinding and melting snow, comprising: a chamber (12), into which snow can be fed; at least one burner device (6) configured to produce heat intended for melting snow; and at least one roller (5) configured to rotate in said chamber. The roller comprises a channel system extending inside the roller, and several radial protrusions (7), also containing a channel system which is in connection with the channel system extending inside the roller; and at least one opening in the protrusion, wherein the channel system of the roller, the channel system of the protrusion, and said opening are configured to conduct heat into the snow in the chamber. The unit can be configured as a part of a larger system.</p> |
