PURPOSE: A device and method for generating a tomography image are provided to supply the tomography image with high quality by correcting a distortion due to the movement of an aperiodic object included in the tomography image. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic image obtaining unit(110) obtains a plurality of ultrasonic images about the inspected part of an object for preset time. A tomography image obtaining unit(120) obtains a tomography image about the inspected part of the object for preset time. A tomography image correcting unit(130) corrects the tomography image by using the plurality of ultrasonic images. A control unit(140) controls the ultrasonic image obtaining unit, the tomography image obtaining unit, and the tomography image correcting unit. A display unit(150) displays the corrected tomography image.
