BRANCH JOINT FOR SPRINKLER HEAD FOR TAP WATER INTAKE, AND SPRINKLER FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up a replacing time of stagnant water in a branch pipe part.

SOLUTION: A partition wall 7 provided inside an intersecting part between a horizontal pipe part 4 and the branch pipe part 5 is formed to bisect the inside of the branch pipe 5 into an upstream passage 51 and a downstream passage 52 and to serve for communication between a sprinkler head side end 51a of the upstream passage 51 and a sprinkler head side end 52a of the downstream passage 52. The projecting amount p of the partition wall 7 projecting toward the inside of the horizontal pipe part 4 from the inside of the branch pipe part 5 is set to 1/8 to 1/2 of an inner diameter d1 of the horizontal pipe part 4.
