<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-proof tent for construction work which is light-weight and handleable and needs no space for folding by employing a frame of an air tube, and which allows the tent membrane to be extended speedily and easily. <P>SOLUTION: Inside a frame 1 of an air tube which can be assembled by injection of air, a tent membrane 8 of a sound insulation (sound-proof) sheet is suspended and extended.
