<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge method of solid particle dispersed liquid which drastically reduces additional time caused by flocculation of contained solid particles or nozzle clogging by discharging liquid settling easily and drastically reduces the amount of trial run of the discharged liquid. <P>SOLUTION: Besides a supply side liquid sending system 18 to a storage part, a discharge side liquid sending system 19 is added, and the inside of the storage part is made in a state of a decreased pressure only for a short time from the discharge side liquid sending system 19. Thus, the total amount of the discharging liquid in the storage part is discharged from the discharge side liquid sending system 19 to a discharge tank 52 after the solid particles which have agglomerated to an inlet of a nozzle flow back and scatter; and repeating the operation in predetermined frequency during discharging operation prevents the nozzle from clogging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
