The element (10) has an absorption element (16) deformed by accidental application of force under energy dissipation, and supported at support elements (12, 14) that are arranged at distance to each other. The absorption element comprises an absorption part (26) that is partially retained in another absorbing part (28) over respective retaining areas. The absorption parts are moved relative to each other under deformation of the absorption parts during the force application. One of the absorption parts comprises a stopper at which the other absorption part is supported along axial direction.
