<p>PURPOSE: A recycling method and apparatus of waste crosslinked polyethylene are provided to de-crosslink waste crosslinked polyethylene to return the state of not crosslinked polyethylene. CONSTITUTION: Recycling apparatus comprises: a melting cylinder(100) heating waste crosslinked polyethylene to 330-370°C by forming a screw inside, and a hopper(120) and a gas outlet(140); a cooling cylinder(300) cooling the melt material of 330-370°C to 100-120°C by forming an inlet(310) and an outlet(320), and a screw(330) inside; and a vacuum chamber(200) for sealing not to contact the melt material to external air by being installed between the outlet of the melting cylinder and the inlet of the cooling cylinder.</p> |
