PURPOSE: A plug-in bushing and a high voltage facility including the same are provided to efficiently control an electric field acted when the bushing is operated at a very high operation voltage. CONSTITUTION: A metal-capsulated element(T) of a high voltage facility is filled with liquid or gas insulators(61). An electric conductor(10) includes a plug contact(11) and a connection unit(12) for an external conductor. An insulator(20) is attached to the electric conductor. A mounting flange(30) is attached to the insulator. A joint is arranged between a tapering section(21) of the insulator and an insulation sleeve(64) of a plug part(60).
