A low-cost surgical guide making tool capable of accurately and easily forming an implant insertion hole at a predetermined position is provided. The surgical guide making tool is provided with a gauge body having a pair of display members facing each other and a supporting member for connecting the display members, the gauge body being attached to a surgical guide body. Grid-like lines which can be recognized by a CT image and which are arranged vertically and horizontally at approximately regular intervals are provided on the surface of each of the display members. Predetermined marks are selected from the intersection points between the grid-like lines, and a guide ring is attached to the surgical guide body in such a manner that the direction connecting between the selected marks serves as the central axis direction of the guide ring. The central axis direction of the guide ring serves as an implant insertion direction. |
