LAMINATE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate that is obtained by the adhesion between a laminated film including a gas barrier protection layer and a polyolefin film without using an adhesive and which is superior in weatherability without leaching a foreign substance or residual solvent and the like.

SOLUTION: The laminate is obtained by laminating a laminated film and a polyolefin resin film. A covalent bond is formed between a silicon atom in a gas barrier protection layer and a carbon atom in the polyolefin resin film in at least part of the gas barrier protection layer of the laminated film and the polyolefin resin film. The gas barrier protection layer adheres to the polyolefin resin film without the intervention of an adhesive.
