<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles used for insulation of electroconductive particles for obtaining insulated electroconductive particles that surely inhibit transverse conduction while keeping good conduction between opposing electrodes, when an anisotropically electroconductive material, comprising insulated electroconductive particles dispersed in a binder resin, is subjected to electric connection, by inhibiting aggregation of the insulated electroconductive particles thereby causing sufficient dispersion in the binder resin. <P>SOLUTION: The resin particles are located on the surface of an electroconductive particle to insulate the electroconductive particle and comprises a (meth)acrylic crosslinked polymer particles obtained by polymerizing a monomer composition comprising methyl (meth)acrylate and divinylbenzene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
