PURPOSE: A toner for electrostatic image development, an electrostatic image developing agent, a toner cartridge, a process cartridge, an image forming device, and an image forming method are provided to include a contact type electrification member with a surface layer based on epichlorohydrin rubber. CONSTITUTION: A toner for electrostatic image development includes toner particles(12) with remaining ammonium ions and silica particles with chlorine compounds. The chlorine compounds function as external additives. The remaining amount of the ammonium ions in the toner particles is between 0.01 and 20ppm. The toner particles include a pigment with an azo group. The pigment with the azo group is C.I. Pigment Yellow 17 or C.I. Pigment Red 57:1. The toner further includes a releasing agent. The chlorine compounds include at least one of hydrochloric acid, chlorous acid, hypochlorous acid, perchloric acid, and chloroacetic acid. An image forming device(101) implements operational processes based on the toner. |
