SYSTEM FOR TREATING TOTAL PHOSPHORUS FROM EFFLUENT WATER OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT DURING THE DRY SEASON AND TREATING COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW SELECTIVELY DURING RAINY DAY

PURPOSE: A system for treating the total phosphorus of effluent from a sewage treating plant in dry season and selectively treating rainwater combined effluent in rainy season is provided to stabilize the rotating current of mixed liquid of treating water and a coagulating agent based on a plurality of zigzag-shaped slanted baffles. CONSTITUTION: A storm overflow chamber(1) includes a 1Q collecting pipe(1a), a 2Q collecting pipe(1b), and a 3Q collecting pipe(1c). A sewage treating plant(2) is in connection with the 1Q collecting pipe. A combining type effluent storing bath(3) is in connection with the 2Q collecting pipe. Total phosphorus is eliminated from drained water from the sewage treating plant. Combined effluent is introduced into a complex type coagulating treating unit(100), and the effluent is rapidly coagulated.
