Synthetic resinous furniture frames - made by casting in open moulds

Process for forming furniture frameworks consists of pouring the synthetic resinuous compsn. into an open mould to form a laminate. The mould is placed in an open support, both having a common plane face on which is placed a plane cover with the shape of the object to be moulded. The process may be applied to the moulding of frames for arm chairs and sofas. It is advantageous to mould the whole of the framework in a single process. The mould may be of synthetic material or concrete and has an upper plane surface of the shape of the frame to be moulded. It is supported by a base having a channel into which the mould fits.
