Non-woven impregnation - using teflon (rtm)-coated heated drum and supporting belt

In impregnating a non-woven material with coagulating latex bonding agent, a heated Teflon (RTM) coated drum and a Teflon (RTM)-coated belt are used for the bonding agent to be fed between them to impregnate the material and coagulate after penetration. This provides impregnation for non-needled non-wovens without fibre dispersion, and without build-up of bonding agent which could affect consistency.
