PURPOSE: A compressor for a vehicle is provided to prevent damages of a valve assembly by evenly distributing pressure pressuring to the valve assembly. CONSTITUTION: A compressor for a vehicle comprises a head(10), a cylinder block(70), and a valve assembly. The valve assembly comprises a valve plate(40), and a head gasket(20). The valve plate comprises an intake hole connecting an intake room and compression space, and a discharge hole connecting a discharge room and the compression space. One side of the head gasket is closely adhered to the head and the other side of the head gasket is closely adhered to the valve plate. The head gasket comprises a partial pressure bead(29). The partial pressure bead is projected toward the valve plate and extended in a longitudinal direction.
