<p>All the devices for heating and controlling the kiln are in the ceiling area. The flames of burners in the combustion zone are not directed immediately onto the combustion material. Provision is made within the preheating zone, but outside of the tunnel kiln, for combustion chambers which produce gases corresponding to the temperature volume and the desired pressure in the various pre-heating zone areas.</p> |
