FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises an inverter, an accumulating capacitor, an output smoothening passive filter and a control system controller, at the same time the control system controller is equipped with a sensor of filter current, a sensor of grid current, a voltage sensor, a pulse shaper on the basis of relay controllers with variable width of hysteresis, phase converters of current and voltage, a unit of phase synchronisation and a controller of accumulating capacitor voltage. The device makes it possible to increase the level of electric energy quality in the grid with non-linear load by means of a parallel active filter compensating higher harmonics of current and voltage using a forecasting logic during analysis of spectral composition of grid voltage and current and generation of a compensation current.
