PURPOSE: A buffer for a glove box is provided to maintain a uniform opening speed of a glove box and controls the opening angle of the glove box using the elastic restoring force of an elastic body. CONSTITUTION: A buffer for a glove box comprises a coupling unit(10), a rotating unit(20), and a buffer unit(30). The coupling unit is installed in a panel part, on one side of a glove box having an accommodating space, and allowed to rotate. The rotating unit is connected to the coupling unit and allowed to rotate. The buffer unit is fixed to the panel part and elastically supports the rotating unit.
