PURPOSE: A color channel arranging apparatus and a method thereof are provided to generate multi-focus image based in depth information of a photographed image. CONSTITUTION: An image division unit(110) generates a label map. A motion vector estimation unit(120) estimates a color motion vector for indicating a motion direction of color channels corresponding to ROI(Region Of Interest). A channel matching unit(130) moves the color channels by each color motion vector. The channel matching unit obtains a plurality of matching images. The channel matching unit generates a multi-focus image.
