PURPOSE: An agricultural facility air conditioning and heating system, and a controlling method thereof are provided to use heat energy generated from dehumidified underground air as a heating source of a heat pump. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural facility air conditioning and heating system using underground air comprises the following: a direct-contact type heat exchanger(20) for obtaining heat energy from the underground air; a heat pump(30) for reacting water and a coolant for heat exchanging; a heat storing tank(40) for storing cold and warn water; an indoor heat exchanger(50) controlling the internal temperature of an agricultural facility(70); a carbon dioxide application unit(60); and a control board(80).
