PURPOSE: A multi-functional antiseptic supplier is provided to discontinue the operation of an antiseptic supplier when an antiseptic is exhausted completely. CONSTITUTION: A multi functional antiseptic supplier comprises: a water turbine installed inside a rectangular frame(10) rotatably; a driving gear installed in the end of a rotation shaft exposed to outside penetrating through the side plate of the frame; a following gear installed to a side plate adjacent to the rotation shaft rotatably; and a driving cam attached to the end of the following gear into one body, and of which one side a driving pin is installed.
