PURPOSE: A navigation device of a vehicle capable of easily finding out a destination and a route guiding method are provided to indicate real images around a destination without a delay of route guidance or displaying because the images around the destination is downloaded in advance in a driving by using a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) or a radio communication channel. CONSTITUTION: A navigation device of a vehicle comprises a receiving module, a memory(330), and an image processing module(340). The receiving module receives image data. The memory stores the real images around the destination downloaded through the receiving module. The image processing module displays the real images stored in the memory when a vehicle arrives around the destination.
