PURPOSE: A network system is provided to control an electric product at home using energy information transferred from a supplier. CONSTITUTION: An energy measurement unit(25) recognizes energy information or additional information. An energy management unit(24) is installed in a utility network or a home network. The energy management unit manages the energy information or the additional information in connection with an energy consumption unit. Degrees for reducing costs of using electricity or the amount of consumed power are different based on a length value of a time interval. A level of energy information or an additional information value is larger than a reference information value in the time interval.
