PURPOSE: A jig used for forming rectangular recessed portions on both surfaces of a metal plate is provided to prevent the waste of metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A jig used for forming rectangular recessed portions on both surfaces of a metal plate comprises rectangular main parts(122,132) are formed on an upper side(120) and a bottom plane(130) of a metal plate(100). The jig comprises the first and second jig. When the rectangular main part does not process in the bottom plane of the metal plate, the rectangular main part is machined on the upper side of the metal plate. When the rectangular main part is machined on in the bottom plane of the metal plate the second jig is applied.
