PURPOSE: A refrigerator capable of minimizing the space loss inside a machine domain is provided to reduce the flow path resistance for the external air inhalation by locating defrost water reservoirs on the upper side of a compressor. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator capable of minimizing the space loss inside a machine domain includes a refrigerator main body and a refrigeration cycle device. The refrigerator main body includes a cooling domain, a freezing domain, and the machine domain formed on the bottom of the cooling and freezing domains. The refrigeration cycle device is installed on the machine domain, and includes a condenser, a pair of compressors, and a turbo fan(230). The condenser is exposed to external air inflowing from the bottom of the refrigerator main body. The compressors form a direct multiple refrigerant compression flow path. The turbo fan is located in between the two compressors for inhaling the external air from the bottom of the refrigerator main body. |
