PURPOSE: A service moving control apparatus and method thereof are provided to move a session within a service by transmitting session information to a service moving application server. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber information management unit(110) maps terminal information with acquired subscriber information. A service movement target terminal information management unit(120) acquires the information of the terminal from the subscriber information. A service information management unit manages the available service of a subscriber, a current executing service, the available service of each subscriber terminal, mapping information, and session mapping information. A session movement unit(140) moves a session by selecting the session.
