The device has a deformable ring (10) mounted on a hose. A maintaining ring (20) maintains the deformable ring after translation on the deformable ring. A locking ring (30) maintains, under pressure, the device in a mechanical sub-assembly on the hose. Immobilizing units are formed of axial grooves (11) and guides (21) i.e. axial fins, that are respectively arranged on the deformable ring and the maintaining ring to immobilize the maintaining ring with respect to the deformable ring and to tighten the deformable ring on the hose. The locking ring is made of rigid plastic material.
