PURPOSE: A touch screen device and a seize controlling method of a touch screen are provided to easily control the size of a screen by controlling the size of a screen based on the locus of first touch input. CONSTITUTION: A determining unit(112) determines the sequential input of first and second touch inputs through a sensor(111). If first and second touch input are detected, an event generator(113) generates an event related to the size control of a screen through a touch screen. If the event is generated, a locus tracker(114) traces the locus of the first touch input. A controller(115) controls the size of the screen based on the locus of first touch input.
