A beverage product for prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis containing a seed oil plant such as barley sprouts, mung bean sprouts, radish sprouts and the like which is cultivated by using colloidal silver(silver ion water) is provided to be useful as a health drink. A beverage product for prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis is prepared from a seed oil plant which is any one of barley sprouts, mung bean sprouts, radish sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, broccoli sprouts, kale seed sprouts, garden pea sprouts, white cabbage seed sprouts, carrot seed sprouts and black pepper seed sprouts. During the cultivation of the seed oil plant, silver ion water is used. |
