PURPOSE: An apartment type fuel cell power plant is provided to minimize the power generation space by intensively arranging fuel cell stacks and power converters inside the power plant, and to reduce the maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: An apartment type fuel cell power plant(10) comprises the following: an apartment type structure(20) including multiple spaces arranged to the horizontal and vertical direction; a fuel feeder(40) located on the multiple spaces to supply fuel; fuel cell stacks(30) generating the direct current electricity by an electro-chemical method using the fuel; a electric power converting unit(50) converting the DC electricity to the AC electricity; and a controller(60) controlling the fuel feeder, the fuel cell stacks, and the electric power converting unit. |
