PURPOSE: A fitness exercising tool for abdomen fraction exercises is provided to prevent the generation of abdominal obesity and overcome the abdominal obesity by implementing waist rotational exercise. CONSTITUTION: A fitness exercising tool for abdomen fraction exercises includes a turning disk(11), a support, and an abdominal exercising tool(200). The turning disk includes a rotary shaft on the support. Handle parts are arranged at both sides of the support. The abdominal exercising tool includes a boss part, a horizontal supporting part, and a horizontal fraction part. The boss part is supported at the center part of the support. The horizontal supporting part is installed to the horizontal direction of the turning disk. The horizontal fraction part is rotatably supported. The support passes through the center part of the boss part.
