The air conditioning system has a drive unit that is designed as a wind turbine which is attached in the roof or exterior of multistoried building. The wind turbine is mechanically coupled with an air conditioner chiller. An electric motor is connected to the air conditioner and an electrical generator is coupled to the wind turbine.
