<p>A chair comprises a cushion (1), a backrest (2), and a chair base. The cushion (1) is connected with the chair base by means of a second connection device. The second connection device comprises a base frame (62) mounted on the chair base, a backrest frame (69) for mounting the backrest (2), and a cushion frame (63) for fixedly mounting the cushion (1). The lower end of the backrest frame (69) is hinged with the rear end of the base frame (62). The upper end of the backrest frame (69) is hinged with the rear end of the cushion frame (63). The front end of the cushion frame (63) is hinged with the upper end of a joint plate (61). The lower end of the joint plate (61) is hinged with the front end of the base frame (62). A four-bar linkage is consequently formed among the base frame (62), the backrest frame (69), the cushion frame (63), and the joint plate (61). A reset mechanism for resetting the backrest (2) and a positioning mechanism for positioning the backrest (2) are provided on the chair base.</p> |
