MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

A manufacturing method for a thermoplastic resin composition, said method including: A step (I) for preparing a first resin composition wherein acid anhydride-modified or epoxy-modified rubber (A) is dispersed in ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin (B), by melt-kneading acid anhydride-modified or epoxy-modified rubber (A) with ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin (B); a step (II) for preparing a second resin composition wherein crosslinked elastomer particles are dispersed in polyamide resin (D) by crosslinking crosslinkable elastomers (C) whilst melt-kneading said elastomers with polyamide resin (D); and a step (III) for melt-kneading the first resin composition and the second resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition exhibits excellent gas barrier properties, low-temperature durability, and fatigue resistance.
